PROPERTY CONDITION
The current condition of the property and the level of cleaning required, including any areas requiring additional attention or restoration.
SERVICE FREQUENCY
Your regular cleaning requirements and preferred service frequency, whether weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as required.
COMMUNAL AREAS
Staircases, landings, entrances, corridors and other shared spaces within the property, helping to keep communal areas clean, tidy and presentable.
EXTERNAL AREAS
Litter picking and cleaning of pathways, bin stores, car parks and surrounding external areas, helping to keep the property clean, tidy and presentable.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Any specialist or additional services required, including work outside the standard cleaning requirements, to ensure the service is tailored to your property’s specific needs.

Annual price review
FAIR PRICING. LONG-TERM VALUE.
ANNUAL PRICE REVIEW
Our pricing is reviewed annually during February and early March to ensure that our rates continue to reflect changes in operating costs, including labour, materials, equipment, insurance, fuel and other business expenses.
Where a price adjustment is required, clients
will receive a minimum of four weeks’ notice before the new pricing takes effect.
We remain committed to keeping our prices competitive whilst maintaining the
service our customers expect.
